- How do I book a flight online?
- To book a flight online, start on the home page and click the "Flights" button located in the
top left corner of the search area. Fill in all the fields with a
yellow background. The white fields are optional.

- What if I miss my flight?
- Contact us at 400-820-6666 or consult the airline staff.
- How do I change or cancel my flight reservation?

- Click on the "My Trip" tab located in the top right-hand
corner of our home page. Log in and click the "My flights" button to
see your reservation list. To change your reservation, click the
"Modify" button and follow the directions to select and reserve a new
flight. To completely cancel your reservation, click the
"Cancel" button.
- For orders that cannot be processed online, please contact us
on 400-820-6666. For tickets that have already been issued, orders
cannot be canceled online or by phone.
- How do I pay Ctrip?
- For flight reservations, you may prepay by credit card using our online system, or pay after you
get your ticket using cash or by a credit card. You can select which
payment method you want to use during the booking process.
- What ticket delivery options are available?

- Tickets will be delivered to you based upon your own request.
- Tickets can be picked up at the airport counter or at our
company (addresses are listed can be found during the booking process)
- Travelers booking e-tickets can check in at the airport
counter by showing valid identification or passport.
- What is the difference between a full fare and a
discounted fare?
- Full fares and discounted fares can be applied under different
conditions. Policies vary among airlines. Details are shown during the
booking process.
- What is the difference between paper tickets and
E-tickets?

- Paper tickets will be delivered to the address you provide or
can be picked up at various Ctrip offices or airport counters.
- For travelers booking e-tickets, check in at the airport
counter by showing valid identification or a passport.
- What is the ticket modification rule?
- Tickets cannot be modified online after being issued. Please
contact Ctrip to change your ticket. Normally, airlines do not charge
any fees for changes made within the same class. To upgrade your
ticket, there is usually a price difference that must be paid.
- What is the ticket refund rule?
- There is no charge for canceling tickets that have not yet been
issued (except for group tickets with a prepaid deposit). For tickets
that have already been issued, a cancellation fee might apply (this
depends on the policy of the airline).
- What is the ticket endorsement rule?
- Only passengers purchasing full fare tickets are allowed to
transfer between airlines. Airlines involved must also agree to this
transfer.
- How long after I submit my reservation will my
ticket be issued?
- Normally, tickets will be issued half an hour after you submit
your reservation.
- How do I know my reservation has been confirmed?

- We will send you a confirmation email once your reservation
has been submitted and received.
- If you provide a Chinese mobile phone number, you will also
receive a text message confirming your reservation.
- How can I get a receipt for my flight
reservation?

- Your paper ticket can be used as a receipt.
- Your printed e-ticket can be used as a receipt.
- What credit cards do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards issued inside and outside China
for online bookings.
- How do I book tickets for children or infants
online?
- After you submit an order for an adult, click the link for
"Child" or "Infant" under the confirmed order to duplicate it. Then
follow the instruction to complete the order for the child or infant.
Children's tickets can be booked first and then duplicated for
additional children, infants or adults.
- How far in advance can I book a flight?
- Prices quoted for flights departing a month or more in the future
are estimations based on previous trends in ticket pricing and will
need to be confirmed closer to the actual departure date. Airline
company scheduling is prone to change without much notice and
discounted fares will also change accordingly. While Ctrip strives to
provide the best discounts to its customers and update online ticket
prices as quickly as possible, advertised discount prices are subject
to change occasionally.
